Summary

I love Emily. I know she loves me too, I just need to show her. One day, we will be together forever, I’ll make sure of that. She’s only with this guy she’s been hanging around with to test me, see if I’ll stand true. Emily wants me to fight for her, to see if I can win her. Of course, I will. Once she sees how I’ve been caring for her, all the plans I’ve made, and the lengths I’ve gone to in order to be with her, she will be so proud of me. If only she would stop pretending so I could stop hiding in her attic.

Reach deep into the mind of mentally ill millionaire Noah Burrell as he turns Emily’s world upside down. His deranged love just might be her undoing.

My review

4/5 Stars

Emily is a simple girl with a basic home and life except there’s something in her life that’s dark and dangerous. A stranger named Noah. At first, she considers him to be nothing more than annoying, a pesky customer at her job, but then things quickly spiral out of control when she sees him outside of work and inside of her home. With the help of her new boyfriend, Isasiah, Emily must stop Noah before he achieves his ultimate goal of marrying her.

This book was full of twists and turns both romantic and devilish. Definitely recommended for fans of romance, suspense, and thriller.

Published by Author Kayla Krantz

Proud author responsible for Dead by Morning and The Council, fascinated by the dark and macabre. Stephen King is her all time inspiration mixed in with a little bit of Eminem and some faint remnants of the works of Edgar Allen Poe. When she began writing, she started in horror but it somehow drifted into thriller. She loves the 1988 movie Heathers. She was born and raised in Michigan but traveled across the country to where she currently resides in Texas.
