My Review

5/5 Stars

Be careful who you betray!

This short read was packed with all the psychological goodness as we are dropped into a night in the light of Graham. His marriage to his wife Cressida isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, and he’s got the feeling something is wrong. When he discovers that his suspicions were spot on, he takes revenge the best way he knows how.

Even though this is a short piece, I though the character development was very well done. I really felt for Graham and I laughed out loud about the way he’s treated by Cressida’s poodle,  Mr. Darcy. Very realistic writing.

Highly recommended for fans of psychological reads!

Proud author responsible for Dead by Morning and The Council, fascinated by the dark and macabre. Stephen King is her all time inspiration mixed in with a little bit of Eminem and some faint remnants of the works of Edgar Allen Poe. When she began writing, she started in horror but it somehow drifted into thriller. She loves the 1988 movie Heathers. She was born and raised in Michigan but traveled across the country to where she currently resides in Texas.
