Having both sides of experience makes these books both intelligent and easy listens. With the author’s well-rounded experience, she is able to get real about anxiety and other mental health topics.
How to Survive Anxiety has plenty of information about what anxiety does a person and how to cope with it. The language is smooth and easy to understand. I was hoping there would be a little more about how to live with anxiety, but what’s here is pretty good.
Narration is pleasant and soothing.
