Summary

Friday, the magical black cat with a devilish sense of justice, returns in a second collection of macabre and darkly humorous stories. Set at significant times of the year, these stories celebrate key events while Friday delivers his own brand of feline justice to people who fully deserve what’s coming to them.

If you have ever wished for revenge, or taken pleasure in seeing horrible people get their just desserts, this book is for you.

My Review

5/5 Stars

Friday is back!

The little ball of karmic bliss finds himself in the midst of all new adventures in this newest book by Joanne Van Leerdam. This book has a particular focus on peer pressure and bullying, and I love the way the author wrote it so that it both sends a powerful message and gives an immense feeling of satisfaction when Friday deals with the bullies. I love the cast of characters in this story, especially Friday’s new friend, Daisy.

Even though this is the second book in the series, it can be read as a standalone and fully enjoyed.

Published by Author Kayla Krantz

Proud author responsible for Dead by Morning and The Council, fascinated by the dark and macabre. Stephen King is her all time inspiration mixed in with a little bit of Eminem and some faint remnants of the works of Edgar Allen Poe. When she began writing, she started in horror but it somehow drifted into thriller. She loves the 1988 movie Heathers. She was born and raised in Michigan but traveled across the country to where she currently resides in Texas.
