A collection of five serial killer novels that will have you on the edge of your seat. Reading through this boxset, I have to say I fell in love with all the stories. Before picking this up, I was only familiar with Carissa Ann Lynch, but I am happy to have discovered these others.
My favorite stories in the set:
Amber Alert by Sara Schoen: A serial killer abducts girls to fill the role of “wife and mother.” When they break the rules, they pay. Will Anna be the exception, or another failed experiment?
Have You Seen This Girl by Carissa Ann Lynch: Wendi is kidnapped and subjected to unmentionable horror during her time in captivity. When she’s released on the side of the road, she’s driven by her addiction and makes the choice to vanish from her hometown.
Not Forgotten by Camille Taylor: When the Butcher strikes, he makes a mistake: leaving one victim alive. Desperate to solve the case, Detective Matt Murphy reaches out to a friend who may be able to get through the traumatized girl before the Butcher can strike again.
If you’re a fan of serial killer/kidnapping thrillers, this is a boxset you will not want to miss out on. Each story is refreshingly original, and the characters nearly leap off the pages.
